This is part of a series of posters meant to promote some of the values of the Indiana Department of Revenue. A similar typographic treatment was used across all three with the colors and photos in each changing out between each one. 
I selected photos from across the agency, while trying to emphasize diversity, fun, and professionalism. Because our agency prides itself on our "Pyramid of Excellence" that motif was used to house the photos with the people bursting out of frame. Colors, type, and logos were used that matched the Department of Revenue brand. I used the "WeAreDOR" logo as this was a employee engagement initiative and used the "Top Workplaces" logo since we recently had one an award for our company culture.
