We try to create posters that highlight entire teams when possible. In this case we wanted to create a poster to showcase our own team. We staged the photo with each person doing something that is related to each of our jobs.
I wanted to create a type treatment that could easily be translated to new posters for teams in the future. So I used a simple, professional font from our branding and extruded it to add interest. The colors are also pulled from our branding, used here to create contrast with the text and the background. This was also meant to pair with a InsideDOR feature article that would focused on the team.
